Household bleach is really not strong enough. You can try powdered pool shock in the little bags walmart/pool supply store. This is VERY CONCENTRATED and will create serious fumes. place some in a plastic throw away container and add enough water just to dissolve it then brush it in to the grout. Try it in an inconspicuous area first to see if it is going to effect the grout being white it shouldn't but just to be safe you might as well. This will kill everything and remove the stain if there is one.
Try the oxy action stain remover or even the cheaper stuff, you add it to water and it bubbles, then you just stick it where you want it to go. I use it in my washing machine on my whites and brights. It works brilliantly. I have used it for the same thing (on my kitchen floor tiles) and it worked for me. Its in a little pink tub good luck!
Take straight white vinegar and pour it on let it soak in a few seconds and then clean with plain water, you might have to do it a few times , but it will work.
I would go to a pet store and ask them. They might have a product in there store that would work.
