With Windex? I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean the vinyl windows with the lower glass that tilts? If that's what you mean, Retropink is right about how to clean the outside of the pane that tilts. I don't know any way to clean the outside of the top pane (mine don't tilt), except to spray it from outside.

You can clean windows and make them sparkle and resist water spots with a simple mixture of Fabric Softner and water, just pour in a capful of Fabric softner into a half bucket of water and dip your sponge or cloth in the mixture and wipe as you would any cleaner, then dry windows off with crumpled up newspaper or lint free cloth, I use this mixture on my windows and they sparkle and resist dust, dirt and bird droppings, similar to the product called windowmaid. Good Luck !
Do you mean tilt in windows? If that is what you are referring to then you just need to find the levers for the windows. Usually it's on the top part of the window frame. You just put one finger into each of the two holes there & push towards the center. That will release the latch. Then pull the window towards you & that will tilt the window into the house. Clean the outside of the window & then snap back into place.

I usually clean the upper window first b/c I have found it is easier for me to leave the bottom one open to open the top window. Just repeat the process with the top window. Snap both back into place & you're done.

Good luck!
If your windows are high you may want to get an extension pole for a squeegee. Otherwise, pull both pains down and while standing on a ladder do the outside pain. Pull both pains up and... oops, you got me there. If you have a window next to it, close the window completely and use a long handle squeegee to clean upper and lower window pain. Windex makes an outdoor window and surface cleaner that works great if you have access to an outside hose. There website is http://www.windex.ca/windex_familyofprod...
clean it with windex and then somehow you can pull the out or something like that
