My out doot furniture supose to be black but the sun has bleach it to white,how can I return the color?

There is no method which will turn it back to black again, the only way you can make this furniture black again is to paint it with paint, you can get spray paint that will work on plastics, metal, etc. Good Luck !
I am not sure that you can reverse sun damage. You could try dying it a lighter color. If you do go with black again try to keep it in a minimal sun exposure area.
Go to an upholsterer and they can fix it for you....BABE GURL
