if within were no leaves id distinctly own a toilet cloth, or multiple topilet cloths. Clothes were invented back later im sure.
if your hands had be cut off id be in motion rinse my buttocks off in a near river, in a small boat in the middle of the the deep id crap into the sea and later go for a swim a kilometer away.
