Oven Cleaning.?
Question:whats the best way to clean the internal face of a oven door? The actual oven itself is clean but I've noticed a build up of grime and stuff on the door face. I nomally use Mr Muscle Oven Cleaner. Although its does the job okay I'm never that impressed with the final result.

try to leave the Mr Muscle on for 2 hours even a bit longer. I forgot once that i sprayed the oven door and it dtayed at least 4-5 hours... was so clean after that.
i have tried many other things including vinegar and bleach...but not better than Mr Muscle for 5 hours :)
first get the oven hot then use your odinary cleaner the heat should improve the finished result
Many inside doors to ovens slide out (my belling does anyway) so I leave it steeping in the bath overnight.
A brillo pad will do the job. It won't scratch the glass but stay away from the rubber seal because it will wreck that..

try oven pride. it comes in a box with a bag and a bottle of stuff-u put the shelfs in the bag with a third of the stuff and use the rest to clean the oven. It works so well i dont mind cleaning my oven now. (god i sound like an advert!)
put some lemon juice mixed with less water and heat it in the oven for a few minutes say 3 minutes and use the same to wipe the grime of the oven
Set a bowl of ammonia in the oven (cold oven) over night and it will take off anything in the oven. Good Luck!
Fairy Power spray - leave it on for 10 mins and wipe off with kitchen paper. Give a good wipe down with a cloth and hot water - bingo - a sparking door without the elbow grease !
