Answers:
use peroixide

you should put them in HOT WATER, not cold...

use chlorine or the one you use for cleaning the tiles in the bathroom.. that will remove the stain.

and i dunno how to say nicely but i got an idea..

hide your underwear somewhere that she cant see them...
I would be throwing the ones she has used OUT in the BIN

but you could bleach them in HOT water

Hide your underwear so she cant take them
that's pretty gross, this girl obvisously has some mental health issues, I don't know if I'd want to wear my underwear after someone has soiled them, I'd toss them. If not soak them in peroxide and very hot water, that's what they use in the hospital to get blood stains off. As far as telling her something tell your boyfriend then let him say something to her she'll be so embarresed she'll have to stop.
peroxide only works when the stain hasn't set in. Tell her to lay off your panties and buy some new ones. Your boyfriends sister is sick!
GROSS! Give them to her. why would you want them back. I would never wear underwear after someone else wore them. Ewwwwww!

Get a lock on your door and buy some new ones!
