How do you get grease stains out of a top?

Treat the stains Dawn Dish soap. Gently rub it in and let is set for a few minutes then rewash with regular laundry. Or you can try Pine-Sol cleaner the same way. Just don't put the item in the dryer until the stain is gone. ;)
I always shout it out, then wash, but make sure the stain is out before you dry it.
Put undiluted laundry detergent on it and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then wash in the hottest water the garment will allow. Throw in the laundry witht the rest of the clothes.
This can be tricky. Sometimes they come out and sometimes they don;t . hope you haven't already washed and dryed it.
but the best thing for grease is what we all have and use. Think about it. Dish-liquid.. dab a little on it and let it sit . then right before you wash it. do it again and let the garment hang to dry to make sure you don't set the stain. To see if it came out. well.. i hope its not white.. but you can try one of these things. lemon juice and baking soda. put a can of coke in your wash with the detergent... coke is acid and will cut the grease./... my ex is a mechanic and i would wash his uniforms with a can of coke.. it works
I would use oxi clean. Use it as a pretreater.
