Is it ok to clean windows in the rain?

Question:would you pay to have your windows cleaned in the rain??

Answers:
Yes, of course it's ok - once the glass is clean, the rain will run off it more easily and they will eventually dry, streak free. But the window cleaner will get very wet, so it might be more comfortable (and sensible) to wait until the rain has stopped.

No, thats like painting your house in the rain
No I wouldn't pay to have them cleaned in the rain because they will ne dirty again in no time. Wait till it's dry weather
no wait until the good weather turns up! Rain will leave streaks on the windows! Oh man i thought everyone knew that haha
it make paper towel companies rich
It would be a waste of money I think.
no there's not point in cleaning them while they getting dirty at same time..you'll only have to have them recleaned after the rain.
Put it this way, I was sat at work an hour ago, in the pouring rain, and the window cleaning contractors came and did their thing, result: clean windows!
I have washed my widows when it rained, the rain runs off them more evenly, but If you have to pay then no. never wash them when the sun is shining on them as they dry to quick and your left with streak mark.s . The best way to wash them if your doing it by yourself is to use news paper,& no streak marks, wear gloves, save your hands from the ink stains from the news paper
