How can I clean my kitchen without using harmful chemicals?

Question:I want to be able to clean my house without using harmful chemicals. But I want to be sure to kill the harmful germs and bacteria that thrive on kitchen counters and so on.

Answers:
use vinegar

Hot, soapy water is a good start. Avoid sponges which harbour bacteria in a high degree. Sometimes you must use a bit of bleach for stubborn or highly dirty areas; as for mould control as well. Rinse well.
I would recommend Holy Cow Cleanser. I buy it at walmart. It is full of natural ingredients, and smells pleasant. Also, the bottle is cute, with an adorable cow on the front. The liquid is a pretty bubblegum pink color, and doesn't have the horrible "chemical" smell that some cleaners do. I have used it to get stains out of my carpet, cleaned the kitchen, and have not run out of uses for it yet. It sells at my local walmart for 1.48, so the price is right if it is not quite what you are looking for. www.holycow.com
