if u'r talking about the grill. it's a home solution but a pain sometimes to finish... foil.
Put foil all over u'r grill & put it over u'r lit grill for a few to heat it up & poss it will stick to it but when u peel away the foil, it will b cleaner.
As far as the grill it's self. Try KABOOM... i've used it on grease over my stove..etc.. I can't believe what it has done.
I assume you mean the inside? I'd just use a brass grill cleaning brush. The rust spots probably won't hurt anything. It is just a grill after all.
