Am I too assume you mean if you open a laundromat? Aside from the washers & dryers, you'll need a money change machine, laundry product machine that dispenses boxes of soap, softener, bleach, plastic bags for clothing, etc. A snack & pop vending machine is a must also. You'll also need plenty of waste baskets also.
if you are meaning a laundromat here are some tips:
- a TV and chairs couch (I always went to the same place because I can watch TV while I do laundry- sounds pretty simple but it kept me going there for year)
- vending machine and drinks (we eat/drink while we wait)
- offer laundry soap, bleach, dryer sheets, etc. for sale for customers who may run out/forget
- change machine (obvious)
- newspapers/magazines for customers to read
