Lint on socks?

Question:How do you prevent lint from getting on your socks when you wash them? I always end up with lint all over my socks, I really hate it on my black socks. I've tried using a fabric shaver but they don't work so well on socks. Thanks

Answers:
Wash them inside out, then if there is any lint getting stuck on them it will be on the inside and won't show!

I find that lint is less apt to appear on socks if you seperate your laundry properly (whites, darks, colored...) and make sure you are not washing things like towels with them. Hope this helps.
I would try Downy dryer sheets. It does help me with the lent and there isn't so much of it.
