Will putting bleach on a white undershirt make it whiter or discolor it? Thanks!?

Question:

Answers:
don't put to much and also let the water fill up before adding

Add the bleach to the hot water and let the washer fill up partially before adding the shirt. If you put the bleach directly on the shirt it could cause some discoleration.Good Luck!
Never use bleach in hot water. Reed the instruction on the back of a bleach bottle
It will become whiter, but remember that bleach also can damage you undershirt. So don't keep it too long in bleach. Maybe be let it soak for about 10 minutes than rinse it.
I don't use bleach and my whites are whiter than ever. Bleach always seemed to make them look yellow. Try oxyclean or tide with bleach. I do buy a whitening fabric softener that works really well; i think it's made by Downy.
if you use to much then it will turn them a dingy yellowy color. Chloride is a yellowish gas.
it might be whiter but eventually the bleach will eat a hole in the shirt.
if you put to much it will discolor it try using automatic dishwashing tablets I use it on all my whites works great just make sure you use hot water.
It will make it whiter but not brighter. RIT makes a product that will whiten your whites. You can fined it in the laundry ails.
