Are you sure that there was no oil into the vinegar? usually vinegar alone doesn't stain! if there was oil mixed into the vinegar , just rub some soap into the stain and put your pants in the wash.

If you mean vinegar then just wash in hottest water you can.i never knew that plain vinegar would stain anything...
