Answers:
buy a new bed?

time for a new mattress!

maybe there still dormant eggs deep in your bed. either that or u may have eggs in the box springs.
I'll BET they're in your mattress- too. And if THAT'S the case, you're going to have to look into buying a new one. Those are TOUGH little critters to get rid of... :(
Remove it from your house. Spray and do whatever you have to, getting rid of pillows and such and cleaning mattress pads with really, really hot water. Leave the room to air out for a few days and then get another mattress.
They live inside anything stuffed. full sun & spray = good. But need to do with ALL stuffed furniture, pillows, etc... Spray into ALL cracks & holes plus the sun. This may take a few days. Spray/fog your carpet & room while empty.

Sprays/foggers for 'tough bug' - - Experience proved these bugs like roaches are not a match for Raid, & other typical counter items. When typical don't work, I get the tough suff:

The Bengal product that REALLY cleaned up roaches & I'll bet it would do same for bed bugs; look for can for the "bug of choice".
purchase a new bed. it may be a losing battle if there are still eggs.
Starve them out. Take a bath or shower before bed using a moisturizing soap. In the morning, take the sheets off the bed and shake outside to get loose hair and skin off and fold them. Vacuum the mattress every day. Make the bed with the sheets at night. This is what you do from now one until they are gone, and then vacuum the mattress every time you wash your sheets, at least once a week.
Don't worry, bed bugs are a growing problem in the USA. I read these instructions off a web site from a news article on the issue about 2 months ago. I wish I would have saved the site! Hope this helps.
Ok, for starters DO NOT make your bed in the morning instead- strip the bed... Bedbugs like warm, dark and damp places... If you have a fan turn it on in the bedroom.. To, speed up the process...

If you want to sun your mattress- get some contractor garbage bags the biggest ones/black and put your mattress inside.. The black color/plastic will fry them. Also, get a mattress cover/protector from walmart/target etc... That should help.. While the room is empty I would remove any and all stuffed animals and wash. Sprinkle carpets with baking soda and let sit for awhile vacuum up and discard bag..Bomb the room(s)..
