If it's biological then the enzymes will damage your floor, so you'd need to use non bio, but either way your floors will be hazaardously slippery, even if you only use a tiny amount. I'd stick with floor cleaner meant for floors.
it will be difficult to mop up the residue...and it may make the floors slippery. i am certain it will dull whatever shine they may have.
it would be really really sticky afterwards if you used detergent. try using scented bleach. my mom gets 1 jug every month or so and it really makes a difference in the smell. they make them in all scents so you can pick which one you like.
Try Spc-n-Span green apple. Smells really good and works great! I wouldn't try the laundry detergent...doesn't seem like a good idea.
Sorry...apparently this cleaning product has a bad word in it. Crazy!
You can but it can make the floor sticky if you don't get it rinsed off.
Don't use that. It will leave a film on your floors, cause slipping when they get wet and end up being a mess for you. Use either spc-n-span (they have some nice smelling flavors), some of the pine sol, or try vinegar. Sounds crazy, but vinegar & water with a 50% mix of each, will get your wood floors very clean. It will smell bad for about 20 minutes, but the smell goes away quickly and you are left with nice, clean floors. A lot of professional cleaners use this mix.
