Need to remove a ink stain from the lid of a washer-was set in spray & wash?

Question:I sprayed some clothes with spray & wash and while the surface was still wet I placed a package of diapers on the spot
the ink stained the lid and I cant get it off

Answers:
You could try a making a paste of baking soda place it on the stain, rub in gently, or you could try some rubbing alcohol or vinegar.good luck...:)

You might try WD40 if that does not work I accidentally discovered using hand sanitizer on ink. I clean offices and did not have anything available so I tried some hand sanitizer and it worked. The only other product that you could try is peroxide.
rubbing alcohol. If you do not have any use a product that contains rubbing alcohol like hairspray or hand sanitizer.
Try EXPO white boards cleaner (used on dry erase white boards). No kidding, I used it to remove ink stains from fabric and it works great. You can get the ink remover at any office supply (office depot) .
