Why do we get lint in our dryers and on the back of our refridgerators??
Question:
Answers:
Lint is blown off your clothes, along with pet hair & dust that came loose during the washing process through the whirling motions of the dryer and trapped in the dryer's lint trap. Cleaning it out and having the air vents vacumned annually will help reduce the amount of lint in the air.
Dust, pet hair, and perhaps lint particiles that may be floating in the air if you aren't cleaning your lint trap regularly, accumulate on the back of your refrigertor because you may not be cleaning under and around it on a regular basis, which can cause your appliance to use more electric to work.
