How to wash insulated drapes.?

Question:My drapes are the rubber backed washable drapes. In the past I tried to wash this kind of drapes but the rubber backing stuck to itself and ruined the drapes.
How do I wash them without ruining them?

Answers:
You can wash them, but you CANNOT dry them in a dryer. They must be hung up to dry, or the rubber backing will melt. If in doubt, take them to a reliable cleaner's and have them professionally dry-cleaned.
