wash in really hot water in bleach (unless its colored, then use colored bleach) then dry in a hot dryer. lastly, leave in dryer for a few minutes after cycle.
if it's 100% cotton wash it in hot water.. if not you can still try but it may not work
Coercion is not the answer. You can't MAKE a t-shirt shrink - the t-shirt has to WANT to shrink. Since you want it to shrink, you need to BE the t-shirt, and then it will shrink.
I only know how to make it shrink if the shirt is 100 percent cotton or at least has most percent of cotton. Two ways, Wash it in warm or hot water, then put it inside the dryer for a while and repeat the process, each time you put it in and take it out it will shrink a little. Or, you can wash it in very very hot water. Then add 1/4 a cup of white wine and winegar to have the color of the shirt stay. Then dry the shirt in the dryer, and leave it in the dryer after it is finished drying, and it should shrink alot. Hope it helps.
