How do I make an umbrella clothesline?

Question:I want to save electricity and I have limited space in my backyard for a straight clothesline. I could buy one, but they don't sell them in my area and I thought I could make one.

Answers:
To be honest, I would go to eBay or a garage sale. Great bargains there. Or put up an ad on craigslist.

Here's another idea to make one on the cheap: Using a sturdy picture frame, string rope in a zig-zag pettern to give many lentgths of rope on which to hang clothes. Affix this to a pole. If you have two walls or two fences parallel to each other, you could also add multiple hooks and string rope, once again in the zig-zag pattern.

They are difficult to make so keep hunting around for one. Try Lowe's or Home Depot. I'm about to buy one myself.
take an umbrella rip all the fabric off of it and put rope around the top
