Before you launder the shirt dampen it where the spots are, rub in a little liquid soap & let sit. If you have a spot remover such as Shout spray it with that before you throw it in the wash. Don't wash in hot water, use warm.

try dawn, also i think shout came out with a new advanced stain remover that also works on stains that have already set.
If you have NOT touched the spot try putting corn starch on the spot to dry it up.
I use lestoil (a clorox product) on any grease or oil spots and wash in cold water ... removes the stain everytime (if you haven't run it through the dryer yet) it's hard to find in the stores, but if you call the Clorox company they will let you know who carries it in your area. (it also works great on grass stain)
