How do you remove paint from a coat or jacket??
Question:I got paint on one of my only coats. The coat is black and made of a polyester material. If anyone can help me get the paint stain removed from my coat I would greatly appreciate it!!!

take it to the cleans
water base comes off with water
oil base comes off with paint thinner, alcohol, gasoline

Latex paint comes off with "Goof-off". It will melt all the paint. Rubbing alcohol can also work. You can try scraping it off with a blunt knife.
If it's really bad try nail polish remover.
Your dry-cleaner can remove it by cleaning it.
