My first newsletter was a big hit but to keep it going out on a monthly basis I NEED ideas. This is more of a community/ business newletter. right now the "in every issue" topics I have are...

I used to make newsletters also for a military community overseas. Here is some things that I've added to mine: local places to shop (all the women loved that), emergency phone numbers, upcoming events, interviews with the locals, language phrases (basic Korean/Japanese), and etc. Keep yourself updated on what's going on around the base and you'll be fine. Much luck on your newsletters.
Hi there! Army wife here. The first thing that came to mind for what would be helpful to me, would be ways to help me save money on cleaning supplies. I have been making my own laundry soap (will give you the recipe if you are interested) for about a year and saves SO much money! I also make my own all purpose cleaner with vinegar, alcohol, and water. As long as I have ammonia, vinegar, bleach, and baking soda, my house stays clean!! No need to spend money on cleaners every month. So little things like that would be great for us.we are in the military you know, so budget friendly ideas are always appreciated!
I attached a link to give you some ideas (look on the left side for household recipes). Your newsletter is a great idea!!
