Does anyone know how I can clean a rain umbrella?

Question:I have a Totes umbrella that is in excellent working condition, but it is a little dirty. Is there anyway I can clean it without damaging it?

Answers:
Put a little Woolite in the bathtub with some warm water and swish the umbrella around a bit, using a washcloth to also wipe the umbrella at the same time. Then rinse with clean water, dry it off with a towel or open up the umbrella upside down onto a towel and allow to air dry.
