Does baby wipes clean granite kitchen work surfaces?
Question:
Answers:
do not use windex to clean your granite. The windex will eat away the finish. Keep your counter sealed & use soap & water. Also you can use granite cleaner.
I wouldn't suggest using baby-wipes.
Use a clean white paper-towel or soft cloth with diluted dish washing soap. Your less likely to leave behind a film that will make your granite look foggy.
Hope this helps.
Althou u can use them, the best way to clean granite worktop is using warm soapy water on a clean cloth. Granite is generally quite a hardly stone & can withstand quite a lot
No.
Just use a soft sponge and just a little dishwashing detergent diluted in lots of water; then remove soap with wet sponge.
That's all - and you may not even need to dry the granite off with a soft cloth afterwards.
No, try using lysol bacterial wipes, it disinfects and they're good for cleaning all types of counter tops.
They would help get the dust and other stuff off your counter- but you would be left with streaks from the oils and moisturizers in the product. Not a great idea. Granite is awesome. Get some windex, spray and wipe. Voila. Unsealed marble on the other hand... not so easy.
they might clean any dust or dirt that you have on the counter but they dont have any kind of antibacterial stuff in them so i would do a quick wipe with something else after you use them
target and walmart both sell granite wipes in the pop up canisters. like the lysol wipes.
