My toilet please help!?

Question:keeps smelling after I clean it, this is the second place in the apt building I have had this situation, I use bleach and soap and some naturals oils, and spray it with lysol every day but i keep wondering why the urine smell, earlier today, I clean in the part of the caps where you screw or cap to fasten the toilet seat down, I sprayed the inside of the area of the opening, and it seem's to even get worse, What's happening here,

call the water and sewer dept in your area this should be free tell them you have oder in your house and can they determine the problem it may be some thing very simple that they can fix if not ask them to refer you to a good honest plumber they should know some in the area that will be fair good luck

you may need a new seal.
it may be sewer gas
There is a wax ring that goes between the toilet and the floor which costs about $1.50. It may be in bad shape and not sealing the toilet completely. It is very easy to replace.
Could it be the area around the toilet and urine has soaked into the flooring. If that is the problem you may have to lift the lino tiles and get at the sub floor with bleach and disinfectants. Also as someone has suggested, it could be the wax ring that seals the toilet bowl to the sewer drain pipe.
spit in it... then flush. thats what i do.
There is such a thing as too many chemicals, in fact you are playing with your health, mixing household chemicals can have deadly consequences. Stick to one cleaner, for all you know it's the combination of chemicals that are creating an odor similar to urine.
Sometimes sewer traps need to be cleaned out and it is probably not sewer gas. My guess is the wax seal needs to be replaced.
The most overlooked thing for women cleaning bathrooms is the walls or cabinets along side the toilet bowl. The wall is a great place to pick up all the 'shake'.

If a man has ever inhabited the that dwelling then this is the issue.

Wipe the walls and the floor with a good bathroom cleaner and you should be good.

Also check to be sure the bowl is properly caulked to the floor to prevent any urine from seeping underneath.
This sounds as if someone is urinating on the floor around the toilet but I believe you have checked that out, so my next thought is that you have some mold/mildew under the rim that needs attention, or simply you might have a leak around the base or at the rear of the toilet, perhaps this toilet needs replacing you should check with your apartment manager, but first try this before consulting your manager to see if this remedies the problem

Use one cup of White Vinegar pour into bowl brush with vinegar all around toilet bowl and under rim and leave there for about three to four hours, then scrub again and flush toilet

Also add a quarter cup to the tank while the bowl is soaking with the vinegar this will help to clean the tank and clean the parts, if these solutions do not remedy your problem consult your manager about having your toilet replaced or the floor boards under the toilet repaired.

Good Luck !
The wax seal sounds as if it is breaking down. Easy to replace because wax rings are very inexpensive. You can do this yourself.
just chear up

girllllllllllllllll there are many ways to get ur toilet more better

Sounds like you have a bad seal around the bottom of the toilet where the drain is. You may have some sewer gas escaping.
