I'm sorry I have nothing else to add. But, the previous answerers are just totally right.
You can try sanding, but the stains may have gone too deep. In that case, try staining the whole porch with a paint based stain to cover the drink stains.
The best way is to sand the whole thing down. If you don't want to do that, you can try soap, Shout or bleach.
Get a good sander and use some elbow grease.

I have never tried it but I have heard that you can buy Oxy Clean for wood decks at Home Depot. It's worth a try.
