North east uk - £6 - £8 an hour, u will get a better person for the £8...Agencies are expensive at £10 - £16 so avoid them.
50-120, bargen low then let them raise the price. Dont go higher then !20 because there just ripping you off unless your homes a manision or its filthy

probably around $7-10 an hour for a few hour thing every week. a little closer to $10-$12 for a one time spring cleaning deal.

I would pay slightly higher than the minimum wage because the minimum wage is already a joke and cleaning jobs are historically taken by women as the second wage earners to supplement their spouses income.No one would chose to clean other peoples houses unless they had to so i would make it feel worth while.Perhaps a bonus could be paid for a more in depth clean say once a month.Of course you should expect a proffesional service from anyone you chose to employ should you choose to pay extra.
