How do i lose weight around my thighs?


Question:I'm very small for a 17 year old, weigh about 85-87 pounds. About 4'9 - 4'11 and have a little extra weight on my thigh.
I limited my workout because muscle just wouldn't look right with my body type.

Answers:
Losing weight is an overall body thing. Meaning you have to do cardio to lose inches anywhere and it tends to come off everywhere. That said, there are certain workouts you can do to make your thighs appear to be smaller. They will look smaller because you will build up the muscle in your problem areas.
