Iv spilled a bit of cuppa tea on my white tshirt and its dried how can i get it out b4 washing?

Rub some lime or lemon over it. The stains will come off.

get [[clorox]] bleach and wear gloves.
get the bleach on your fingers and rub it onto the area that has the stain for like, 2 minutes.
do this about 15 or 10 min b4 washing.
when you get it out of the dryer, it'll be good as new!
Soak in washing powder rub in a little glycerine,leave for 10 - 15 mins before re washing.Glycerine is available at most chemists.

I found a cheap option, "Fairy" soap:
-just pre-treat the area (wet it then apply soap on both sides)
l-eave it for 5 minutes
-then wash
I bought some of their stuff before, and it's great!
