rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball.
try the magic eraser from MR.CLEAN that will get it off.
You can try fingernail polish remover, but it might also remove the color from the toys. There is a product called, "Oops" that might take it off. If it is a plastic toy, rubbing it with a clean dry cloth after spraying it will a dusting polish, might remove it. You can also rub it down after spraying it will a little WD40 spray. Aren't kids fun!
Spray the toy, one at a time, with "hair spray" & blot it with paper towel until the ink comes off. Wash off with a sudsy (Dawn dish soap) cloth, & rinse off with a damp cloth or hold it under the faucet, if that is possible. This method has worked for me when getting ink out of many things, including clothing.
I use the Mister Clean magic eraser.
