take a toothbrush and clean it with a mixture of baking soda and water or vinegar.

soap scum cleaner! You'll find it in the cleaning isle at Wal-Mart, K-mart, Target, your grocery store. Come on this isn't difficult. Or did you just want everyone to know you have tiles in your shower?

great little cream called astonish and it is great all around the home especially on burnt saucepans. just rub the cream on to the scum and rinse off and you will have sparkling tiles
white vinegar ,and body scrub wash cleans soap scum off bath
kaboom and a cleaning brush, works liek a charm
Okay i have posted this answer here before, but I seriously think it works wonders! Spray Scrubbing Bubbles on the tile and let sit for 5 minutes or so. Come back and spray some more. Take a Mr Clean Magic eraser and wipe clean. i have never seen a easier, more efficient way of getting soap scum off. You will be amazed!
