Answers:
I use baking soda, works great and no smell like bleach. try it!

Try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. They clean just about anything!
Try rubbing baking soda dry inside and rinse.
white vinegar and water...let sit over nite should rinse right out. Or I love oxy clean...great for the coffee pot too!!
Clorox. Or any brand of bleach. But be careful not to get it on your clothes or any wooden surfaces.
Use denture tablets. Fill each with HOT water, plop in one fourth tablet, allow to sit for one hour, wash and rinse!
fill the cups with hot water, add a splash of bleach. The more bleach you add the faster it will work. I just pour strait bleach into the cup wait a minute them pour the bleach from one cup to another until they are all done. Rinse very well.
If the stains are on the outside of the cups/mugs, fill the sink with hot water and a cup of bleach, toss them all in the sink and let them soak until the stains are gone.
Bleach.
