I haven't had this problem-but I have gotten numerous stains out of things with soaking them in a bowl (or something) with Oxiclean and water. Hope it works for you!
This is going to sound strange but it works..spray area with WD-40 and wash. The main ingredient is fish oil and it breaks down the greasy stuff and lets it wash right out!
Great for lipstick and black scuff marks on your tile/linoleum floor too! Just spray and wipe.
for stains like that I use regular old dish soap, I just put a little on let it set and then wash.
