Has anyone heard of an electronic shower scrubber?

Question:It is electronic and scrubs out the mildew and soap scum that is impossible to get out of the caulk in the shower tiles. I clean my shower frequently but I can never get that yucky mildew out, I scrub and scrub and it doesn't want to budge. I saw something in my parenting magazine, but I threw it away before I could go on the website that it provided. It is hand held and it almost looks like an electronic toothbrush but it has like a stone or something to grind out the mildew.
