Answers:
I use hairspray on ink.

mr. clean magic erasers work great on everything
rubbing alcohol works best on ink. Try it, then give me my ten points.
goo gone, oxyclean, kiss off ...
...but probably paint over it is the best way.
Your first mistake was leaving her with that while you were gone and your second is not making sure it's water soluble ink and the third is not making HER clean if off! Doesn't matter that she can't, you should make her try. It will do more good for her to see it won't come off than anything you tell her! She made the mess make her try and scrub it off! Are you her maid? If you don't want her to think you are, then you need to teach her to clean up her own messes! Get rid of that ink and get water soluble ink and make sure and teach her she only stamps on paper!! Sounds like you're going to have to paint over it!
try orange oil cleaner or mechanics hand goop?
Hairspray works amazingly well on ink--just make sure your wall is PAINTED and not PAPERED. I'll bet you have some hairspray in your house...just spray liberally and rub/wipe with first a dry, then a wet, rag.

For the respondent who criticised your parenting methods...omg, kids will get into anything the minute your back is turned. every parent goes through this. but yeah, maybe give her water-soluble art supplies from now on and tell her to stay away from that ink :-)
1. Paint the door all black ink...2. Remove the door by removing the hinges and then tie her to the door and have friends carry her to the juvenile delinquint home. 3. Paint the wall and have her help you....if she complains.paint her.
4.Use a carbon based cleaner like turpentine or gas...that may really do the trick. After all that, dish out money to get things fixed by a professional.
My kids have done the same thing! Soooo, I invested in a bottle of Awsome from Dollar General and so far it's worked on the house door, the vinyl siding, the walls, the inside doors, etc.. It also works on clothes and general cleaning of the house. Nothing to do with bad parenting, as the previous poster insinuated in their statement about leaving her alone...we're parents, we're HUMAN, we have flaws. We do have things we need to do ourselves and we trust our children to do the right things and follow the rules, but like us, they make mistakes. I do agree with having the children clean their own messes, however it should be age appropriate. I don't think that making a child scrub their 'artwork' at one with household cleaners is very safe (however soap and water is fine).
I think the hairspray will do the trick as mentioned above.

I want to add that the one who attacked you must not have any kids of their own. I find it hilarious how people can make snap judgements on people they don't even know based on a question.
Try hairspray, or fingernail polish remover. Also walmart has a thing called Oops.. It is in the paint aisle.
