LG's WM3677HW washer/dryer all in one unit?
Question:I just heard of this and wondered if anyone has used one or can tell me the quality of an all in one unit to wash and dry. It seems like a new and great idea. It costs around $1500.00

I've been researching this model as well. Thinking of pulling the trigger this weekend. We have separate washer and dryer units in two closets and want to combine into one closet. We're also looking at the stacking LG units but are afraid of too tight of a fit.
We used to live in London and had a horrible time with our all-in-one unit, but it was very small (less than 2 cubic feet), so we're a little hesitant. Seems from reviews that people are really enjoying this combo model as long as you understand the advantages and disadvantages.
They've been using them in Europe for several years, although relatively new to the U.S. You can not do a full load and have it automatically both wash and dry. If you wash a full load, you have to manually remove half the load to dry the clothes, or just simply do half loads.
