My tile always feels damp and slick. What's the problem?

Question:Two story town house, and the A/C vents are in the floor.

Answers:
i had the same problem at one time, i went to home depot and bought a bottle of Grout&Tile Sealer, just sponge mop it over the tile and grout.

It may be because tyou have a leak behind the wall. Or it is just condensation from your bathroom which causes mould. Try opening a window a little bit when you have a shower and when you are home (close when you go out).

Good lcuk!
