How can i get an old tea stain out of satin?
Question:Hi,
I have a gorgeous cream crush velvet and satin ball gown which I love to bits but which I have decided to sell to raise money for a wedding dress. However, when I took it out of its bag I notices a tea stain (no idea how I missed it before).
The problem is, I don't want to sell it cheap because of the mark and dry cleaning is going to cost me a fortune (they say it looks like a wedding dress) - any suggestions, Please?
Answers:
oxy clean. Spot clean it with oxy clean. Get the powder form and make a paste. Work it in and gently rinse. Pat dry. IF you need to repeat. I cleaned a 32 year old stained Christening gown this way and it worked great for my daughter to wear- good luck.
try using "vanish"...it mite help...
rearrange the letters for the anagram
