How can I remove grease stains from wallpaper?

Question:I am moving into a new house. How can I go about removing grease stains from the wallpaper in the kitchen? I have tried Pine-sol, which didn't work; neither did hot soapy water. I don't want to ruin the wallpaper. Please help!

Answers:
Try an application of dry clay (comes in a fat stick like a piece of playground chalk) like dry cleaners use for removing oily spots from fabrics. The oils however have probably changed the color of the paper and the stain is probably set due to time and application of other chemicals.

Awesome. You can find it at Dollar General, Family Dollar, or Dollar tree.
remove wallpaper, and replace with new wallpaper! I will look alot better.
Go to an auto parts store. Get a Can of brake clean. Works well
