Does anyone know how I can remove a silicon boot spray stain from unsealed, pressure-treated wood?

Question:I have a circular stain on my unfinished deck. It only shows up in the rain, and can't be any more than a month old. Will it wear away? If so, how soon? Do I need to treat it before using a deck stain?

Try some TSP it cleans deep into any surface.
