Is it true that if u boil cola in a burned saucepan the burn will lift off the pan?
Question:I bought a saucepan (non stick) and on the first use there are burn marks in it. Will this really work or will i be wasting my time?
Answers:
your best bet is to buy your self a new saucepan and while your in town buy yourself a cook book it will tell you how hot you need it plus it will help you not to destroy your new saucepan
dont think you even have to boil it - just soak overnight and the burn marks will wash off
dont boil the cola just let the pan soak in it the acid is strong enough to remove the burn marks
yeah its true, seen this on how clean is your house, and it works.
just cover the burn and leave to soak. branston pickle works just as well too.
If the burn marks are on the non-stick, they should wipe off.
If they are in the non-stick, then you wildly overheated the pan and may have produced dangerous fumes. Non-stick pans do NOT like overheating.
yes
You can soak/boil your pan in Javex too.
It gives off a strong odor but will bleach out your burn stain.
I don't know but put a lot of salt in the pan for a while and it doe's come off
The cola will remove the stain unless it is burnt into the coating. Don't boil it because if you forget to check it, you will have burnt syrup on the pan bottom.
I have never tried, I always use baking powder, add enough warm water to cover the burn stains, and a tablespoon of baking powder, leave for 10 min“s and it will remove the stains
Yes it does it works in the same way as it cleans coins its frightening what it could be doing to our insides though
No - Elbow grease its free
