Where and how to store stuffed animals?

Question:I have about 25-30 little stuffed animals, but I'm not sure where to store them. Right now they are just in a shopping bag with handles. What would be a good place to store them in? Is it OK if I put them in a plastic storage tub?

Thanks in advance for your help!

One of my favorite solutions is the toy hammocks that you can hang in the corners of any room. That way they are out of the way but still on display, and make good decoration if you don't wanna just pack them away somewhere. You can find them anywhere kids stuff is sold, like Babies "R" Us, Target, Wal-Mart, etc. and they are wonderfully cheap and low maintenance.

If you don't want to keep them out (where they won't get dusty or anything), then a plastic storage tub is perfect.

You could always just put them in a tupperware container (the large type) but if you want them to last and have the best chance of not getting any pests into them, I would get the very large ziplock bags and place them into it or the large vaccume bags designed for storing clothes in and seal them in that and then place them in the tupperware containers. That way the ziplocks keep out smells and provide a first line of defense against months and silverfish, etc. The tupperware container keeps them all together and gives them some protection against getting crushed, etc.
Try those space bags. My wife can't seem to get them to work right but I have never had a problem. The seal up great and keep everything out! Then you can just put them in a tote and up in the attic!
But as the husband of a pack rat.why do you need to save them. find your local goodwill store and donate them. You will get a tax credit and someone less fortunate can get a nice toy for pennies on the dollar.
I would put them in those large Ziplock bags, they are the neatest! I would then go ahead and put them in the large plastic storage tub so that you don't have to worry about sun fading, and then it will be easier to stack for storage space.
Packing them into a storage container will undoubtedly crush the shape out of them. Why not get one of those hammock type nets to span a corner of your room and display them? They remain in their natural shape, you get all those cuties watching your every move, and everyone who comes into your room will say "Aaawww, cute!"
If you decide to pack em and stash em, consider giving them to an organization where kids can enjoy them. . .
