Doing it to music is a good idea and you could try to get through one task before 4 or 5 songs are finished. Pretend you are Snow White and you're cleaning for the 7 Dwarfs or make up your own fantasy

Oh yes, I love this question. I have a son who I preach to regularly on how to clean and enjoy it. Turn up your music while you are picking up the trash out of the floor, dusting the furniture and vacuuming the floor. Music is soothing and you can dream while you clean.
