What cleaning tips do people have for selling a condo?

Start at the ceiling and work your way down. Lots of people forget to remove little cobwebs when cleaning but buyers see them! Make every surface sparkle, look new. It takes a little elbow grease to get it done, but if you have a friend help, it'll move twice as fast! Don't forget to wipe off the light switches, maybe even replace the plate covers, and door knobs if they are all scratched. Get down on your hands and knees and you will see everything from a different perspective too.
When I move, I hire a cleaning crew. They do a much better job than I would do.
i'm not sure if you're asking how to clean or what needs to be cleaned, but here's a list of the "must do's":
interior:
clean carpets (stain/odor free)
hardwood floors - refinished (shine/polished)
walls - clean new paint
bathrooms/kitchen - spotless sinks/tubs/tile/grout
refrigerator - spotless inside and out (if applicable)
cabinets - clean and stain free (apply shelving paper if necessary)
stove and other appliances - spotless (use s.o.s. pads for caked on grease!), change the vent fan, wipe the very top of the vent
lighting - replace burned out bulbs or update if necessary (lighting makes a huge difference)
blinds/drapes - clean/dust free
windows and window sills -clean and streak free (vacuum tracks)
ceilings - no cobwebs
ceiling fans - dust and wipe off the very top of the panels
exterior:
manicured lawns/landscape (if applicable)
garage (no cobwebs/clean walls/no oil stains - pressure wash if needed)
patio - sweep (if applicable)
good luck!!
