How to clean fingerprints from walls without removing paint?
Question:We're currently in an apt, with really crappy paint.
There are lots of fingerprints on our walls from our 2 boys, and anytime I try to clean them (using Magic eraser, or scrubbing) the paint comes off, and makes a bigger mess...
Anyone have any ideas of how to clean the walls without removing the paint?
Thanks

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works great!!
Try WD40 it will not remove the paint but will remove those greasy fingerprints. When my daughter moved from her apartment she used it and then because she had messed up the paint with other stuff she picked up some real cheap paint and repainted the walls she got her entire deposit back even though she had 2 cats.
That s a tough one especially if you have flat paint on your walls.
We always had a hands up, or hands off walls rule.
Hands up until they are washed after meals or outside play.
Just use soap and water, but dont scrub.
I know the feeling, especially when the sun comes in and hits the wall just right, it looks terrible.
If that doesnt help, just get the same color paint and go over it.
Flat paint is cheap.
