Can a shrunken top be unshrunken?
Question:my cardigan top has shrunk, but not too much, but enough for me to not be able to wear it.

no chance, either crash diet or take it to your local clothing recycle bin
You could try to wash it in cold water, Then try to stretch while its still wet.... Let it hang dry...
Find your fattest friend and let her wear it for a night
let someone bigger than you were it for a few days then get it back

no...sorry. there's no way to unskrink clothes. all you can really do is stretch it out. but that might make it hard to breathe.
Have you not got a younger sister you can pass it on to. not a lot you can do sorry we have all done that you make sure that nothing gets popped in the wash with out the label check. mind you has been times when i have done that cold hand wash and the thing shrunk check the label and if you did the right thing take it back to the shop. If you washed it wrong or put in the tumble dryer its down to you. but if you washed it correctly take back to the shop and demand a refund with the proof of purchase or you will only be able to get a credit note if it was a present.. take care good luck
