Use Coca-Cola or Dawn dish soap.

most hardwares or Lowes...Home depot sell a product called crete cleaner. this works very well to clean oil leaks grease etc. Also try most automotive stores.
Amway or now known as Quickstar has a great product that cleans concrete.

Try power washing with heavy deterrgent to remove oil/grease and then do a little acid wash. Now, can anyone tell me how to get rid of the tire shine overspray stains that show up when the concrete is wet?
Look for a product called "Gunk" you can usually find it in a shop or garage that sells car paraphanalia. It is normally used for cleaning oil and grease off engines and compartments, but if you brush this in, then wash it off with water (especially if you have a high pressure washer), it should shift most of the stains in your concrete.
Before you clean it, pour kitty litter on the stain. It will absorb the grease/oil.

Put some cat litter let it set then sweep. you can even use persure washer and some greaser after wards..
dawn dishwashing liquid .rinse the area with boiling water first ,then apply a generous amount of dawn and scrub with a stiff brush let sit for a few and rinse with boiling water .it may take a couple tries .
I would go to an automotive shop where they repair cars and change oil. Then ask what they use. You may be able to get some of it there. Then it will be for sure and used by experts.
Or they can tell you where to get it.
This is what works for me:
First, pour cat litter (non-clumping) or sand over the spot. Let it sit overnight to absorb as much oil as possible. Sweep it up the next day.
There will still be a dark colored spot.
Pour a little bit of Tide with Bleach Alternative over the spot. Scrub it w/ a bristle brush and rinse w/ the hose.
Voila! It's gone!
