I have black curtains?

Question:I am re doing my room
right now it doesnt really tie together,
I have black curtains right now but i need white one,
These are huge thick curtains
Can I bleach them to make them white, Will they become white if I bleach them, about how many times would I need to bleach them, and would bleaching them make them fall apart, these curtains are thicker then denim
or what else could I do to make them white... I cant paint them

Answers:
they will not turn white, no matter how much you bleach them...they will end up just plain gray. There is a very good possibility that they will fall apart. The best thing to do is just buy some white sheets if you can't afford new curtains and drape them over the rods if you can't sew.

i say trade them?
like you can ask around. and also i love the drappingones. bleach not so good. it could ruin the quality of them.
buy a new set throw the black ones away
I would definetly not recommend attempting to bleach them? You can recover them if you really like the way they are shaped or if there is something about them you are particularly attached to. If there is no attachment though I would put them on eBay or sell them at a yard sale and buy a whole new set. Good Luck finding what you like the best!
why not buy some new white ones
